Coverage
We deliver within a 20-mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne city centre — broadly NE1 through NE30, including Gateshead, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Whitley Bay. Enter your postcode on the homepage for a live ETA.
Delivery tiers
Standard — average 18–35 minutes depending on zone. Included in the delivery fee.
Priority (+£5) — jumps the queue, average 10–20 minutes.
Super-priority (+£15) — immediate dispatch, used for genuine emergencies only.
Cutoff times
We operate Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 until 03:00. We are closed Mondays. Orders placed within operating hours are dispatched immediately; outside of hours, orders are queued for the next morning.
Minimum order
Minimum order value is £15 before delivery fee.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (Pay in 3), and cash on delivery. Trade accounts are invoiced monthly against approved credit.
Refunds
If we miss your stated window by more than 15 minutes we will refund the priority surcharge automatically. Defective goods are refunded in full. Age-restricted goods cannot be returned once delivered.
